Meet the team

Lydia is a former pharmacist and medical advertising writer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, advertising, and mobile healthcare. Her super power is blending story telling, clinical evidence, and message framing to drive behavior change. An early team member at Epocrates, a leading mobile app for healthcare professionals, Lydia served as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications and later as Director of Sponsored Content. She also held senior creative positions at top advertising agencies in New York and California.

Lydia has a B.S. in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. She resides in Silicon Valley and loves classic films, the wilderness, and rescuing senior-large breed dogs.

Joe has over 30 years of experience in healthcare communications as a writer, creative director, and consultant in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech sectors. He was formerly the Executive Creative Director at Sudler & Hennessey (now VMLY&Rx), leading a team of 70+. He also served as Creative Director at the boutique agency Sperling Sampson West.

Joe holds a BS in Biology from Trinity College-Hartford and studied preclinical medicine at the University of Modena, Italy. He lives in NYC with his partner, Kevin.

Christa brings over 25 years of diverse strategy and marketing experience, having excelled as a management consultant at Deloitte, entrepreneur, product marketer, brand strategist, content developer, and enterprise sales leader. She has championed products and services that make a measurable, positive impact, with a recent focus on product marketing for Silicon Valley healthcare tech startups.

Christa holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Menlo Park, CA, and enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, and spending time with her three children.

Kevin Cox is a seasoned creative director, designer, and art director with expertise in healthcare marketing across various therapeutic areas.  He has led creative teams and managed brand launches for global pharmaceutical and Fortune 500 companies. Kevin lives in Brooklyn, NY, and spends part of the year in Saugerties, NY, in the Hudson Valley.

He holds a degree in Visual Communications from the University of Delaware.

At RxBalance, Ruchi focuses on planning digital media campaigns that boost brand visibility across platforms, with expertise in influencer management, content creation, and digital marketing through data-driven insights.

Ruchi holds a Master’s in International Business from Aston University in Birmingham, England, and a Marketing Management certification from UC Santa Clara.

With a keen eye for creative design, her video editing skills, and an understanding of human behavior, Miranda crafts digital and social media content to build brand awareness and foster community engagement among diverse audiences.

Miranda is currently double majoring in Media Arts, Design, and Technology, and Psychology at the California State University, Chico. Miranda enjoys staying active in her free time and loves spending quality time with her four dogs, Maddie, Tank, Theo, and Kona!
